Let's review what we did in Milestone M29 (Jan 27 - Feb 09).

  • Google Maps embed for offline meetings
The booking confirmation page now includes an embedded Google Map, making it easier for clients to find your offline meeting location.

  • Override conflict check and calendar selection at the scheduling link level
NeetoCal now allows you to override conflict checks for specific scheduling links. You can also choose which calendar to add the meeting to, giving you better control over your scheduling preferences.

  • Require approval for bookings
If your scheduling link is public, anyone can book a meeting, potentially leading to unwanted appointments. To prevent this, the new Require Approval feature lets you approve or reject bookings before they are confirmed.

  • Auto CC for notifications
With Auto CC, any email sent to the host, such as confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations, will also be sent to the specified email address. This is useful when you need to keep someone informed about meeting confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and reminders. For example, you might have an assistant who needs to stay updated on your schedule.

  • New workflows added for meeting actions
We’ve updated automated workflows that trigger when a meeting is booked, rescheduled, or canceled. This helps you stay updated without manual intervention.

  • Expanded Language Support
NeetoCal scheduling links now support Romanian and Czech, making it more accessible to a broader audience.

Enhancements

  • Host email included in Google calendar guest list
The host’s email is now automatically included in the guest list for Google calendar events.

  • 'Meeting Link' renamed to 'Scheduling Link'
We have changed the name "Meeting Link" to "Scheduling Link." This new name better reflects its purpose, which is to help clients schedule meetings through the scheduling link.

  • Client's preferred hour format used in emails
Emails sent to clients now use their preferred 12-hour or 24-hour format, ensuring a more personalized experience.
