Currently, we are live with these eleven products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoInvoice, NeetoQuiz, & NeetoPlaydash.

Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for December 2025.

• Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 825 (↓ 26%)

• Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 50,236 (↓ 9%)

• Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 1,176 (↑ 34%)

• Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 14,878 (↓ 8%)

• Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 5,326 (↑ 10%)

• Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 111 (↑ 2%)

• Number of tickets created in NeetoDesk: 14,344 (↓ 5%)

• Number of new articles created in NeetoKB: 2,801 (↓ 23%)

• Number of tests reported in NeetoPlaydash: 4,146,079 (↓ 10%)

💰 Payment metrics

For December, the total payment collected using NeetoCal, NeetoForm and NeetoInvoice was around $117,121.00 USD (we used the current exchange rate to calculate). Here is the breakdown:

🚀 Product Updates

NeetoCal

NeetoCal’s December updates focus on reducing scheduling friction with a new Host tab, nicknames for scheduling links, Telnyx SMS support, and custom domain emails.

We also shipped smarter availability handling, clearer timelines and permissions, improved reports, better timezone handling, and more reliable Google integrations, along with several important bug fixes. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoRecord

NeetoRecord now includes smoother speaker notes playback, improved UI contrast on Windows and Linux, and the ability to access desktop app settings without logging in.

Key fixes address external microphone recording, Windows login and app behavior, HLS playback and editing stability, and desktop crashes, making recording, playback, and editing more reliable than ever.

NeetoForm

NeetoForm now supports automatic country codes based on user location, expanded form response passing for redirects, image-only paragraph fields, calculated field totals for product lists, and enhanced email templates.

Key fixes improve file upload validation, field resets, permission management, embedded camera access, date formatting, analytics accuracy, and unsaved changes warnings. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoDesk

NeetoDesk now supports a revamped mailbox connection flow, file attachments and paragraph fields in public web forms, ticket fields in Zapier workflows, and a public customers API. Enhanced email handling, improved automation visibility, clonable views, report updates, and custom date range exports make ticket management faster and more reliable.

NeetoChat

NeetoChat now features enhanced phone number inputs, clonable views, better automation visibility, and an updated default report range. Faster background jobs, improved widget previews, reliable Slack sync, and key workflow, UI, and messaging fixes make chat smoother and more dependable than ever.

🏆 Small Wins

NeetoCal recorded its highest-ever number of meeting links created in December.
